1. MINERALS

I'd recommend the minerals you want, like potassium, magnesium, sodium, and calcium; these are electrolytes and trace minerals as the minerals reduce insulin resistance and allow for better fat burning. Additionally, these minerals are alkaline, which offsets some of the uric acid buildups that accompany a ketogenic diet to reduce the risk of gout or uric acid—acidic kidney stones. (1)

2. VITAMIN B1

Vitamin b1 is essential in the adaptation of sugar burning into fat burning. It is also, it's great to relieve stress.

3. VITAMIN B3

Vitamin b3 is really good for lowering cholesterol that is coming out of the fat cells through the liver and it's also good to support the liver in general. (2)

4. VITAMIN B5

Vitamin b5 is another crucial B vitamin that's essential in the adaptation to fat burning. If you're deficient in b5 for b1, you may notice more fatigue keto flu kiddo rash in any of those symptoms.

5. VITAMIN A

Number five is a vitamin that is also essential in dealing with insulin resistance, you would get vitamin A in cod liver oil grass-fed cheese you can get in the grass-fed liver if I don't really like liver but it's in there, and egg yolks.

6. VITAMIN D

Number 6 is vitamin D and I recommend the vitamin d3 version. This is really good for insulin resistance improvement. It's also found in cod liver oil and egg yolks. In fact, if you consume cod liver oil, you'll get a 50/50 split between vitamin A and vitamin D so you can kill two birds with one stone.

7. CHOLINE

Choline is essential for getting fat off the liver, so I recommend doing electrolyte powder for the minerals. I recommend nutritional yeast for b1 b3, and b5 and it even has choline, so you have electrolyte powder nutritionally used in cod liver oil, to strip off the fat from the liver. What do you think of the article Acceptable Fats on a Keto Diet & Intermittent Fasting?
